Story:
The only daughter of the Prodigy Sorceress, Matilda. However, she has a long way from becoming a great spell caster, but nevertheless she appears to possess potential that could surpass even her mother. She is also best friends with the young Hero, Iron Tail, and together they become one of the inseparable duos out there. She dreams of becoming the greatest Sorceress of all time, and with the Spell Book given to her by her mother, that dream may just be within her grasp! Her enthusiasm and optimism is rivaled only by her best friend, Iron Tail, and has a friendly rivalry with him as to who would achieve their dream first. However, there's something about her lineage that she herself isn't aware of... but may come to haunt her one day.

So, it turns out that ~CosmicNarwhal has decided to give Gem a revamp on her design so I had to change what I could from the sketch I already drew of her. Seeing as this was meant to be her birthday present and the fact that she's allowed me to use her character for about three years now, it's only respectful that I also update Gem's appearance in my style and Iron's story. Of course, this isn't 100% accurate to the change but I'll at least try to draw her in her new design from now on. For everyone who is wondering how she looks like right now, hop onto her gallery and you can't miss it!

Also, I'm glad ~CosmicNarwhal has said she's thought of her own new ideas for Gem already and I can't wait to hear what they are and how it would affect the character in Iron's world! That, and I think her current design now does make her more distinguishable from the other characters. I've also changed her title to "Heroine", because technically she is the second protagonist in the story and I don't want people to mistake her as some sort of 'sidekick' xD

I like this design; it makes her look more unique. The previous design was good, but it made her look too much like iron tail. All around good job!
