Story:
Born and raised in a rich family in the town of Paramel, she had been pampered since her days of an infant. What she needs was always there and everything was set up so her life would be perfect. Unfortunately... she got bored of said life. She enrolled into a magic school and focused on a type of magic fitting for her desires: 'alteration'. From there she made playing pranks with her magic a hobby, but it was only when she comes across Evil Tail did her life change forever. The ideas of being 'good' or helping Heroes were too boring, and she found that being 'evil' actually offered her more thrills in life. She knew very well she would have to leave her pampered life, but she would do anything to follow after the new - albeit unexpected - love of her life: Evil Tail himself!

Looks like another character has been revamped, and this time it's Gem's rival and Evil Tail's self-proclaimed 'girlfriend': Sammy!

I don't know about most of you but I honestly like that *BlazeWaffle decided to give her a new makeover, and I really like this new design of hers myself. She actually looks like she came from a rich family and I like that she carries an umbrella around - kind of gives her that mysterious aura if a person sees her carrying an umbrella around (that, and I can just picture her trying to always get Evil Tail to share an umbrella with her while leaving the others in the rain xD). Still, the one thing I've always found interesting about her aside from her back story are her shape-changing ears and the fact that she's in love with Evil Tail, and I agree with those people who believe that she's actually more likable as a Villain than another Hero. Good villains don't come around often these days...

She even finds Evil Tail's wild and aggressive (even abusive) nature much more appealing than the predictability of Iron Tail's 'goody-two-shoes' attitude!

To be sincere, I liked the old design better... it looked more unique, maybe? More fitting with the Klonoa/Disney-esque whimsy of Iron Tail's world? I don't know. These new faces you're drawing on the characters look more "standartized" to my eyes, in a way.

Then that would only bring more people comparing it similar to Klonoa's world when my intention is to steer it away from it. Even the creator said she didn't want Sammy to look like Klonoa and I can respect that, and both she and I like this newer design better because for one: it makes the character stand out as her own and not get compared to a character like Klonoa, and two: her looks here fits with her backstory.
